At Holy Oud, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you’re not, you can return any product within 7 days of delivery. We offer replacements or refunds depending on the issue and the product's condition.

Return Conditions

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

• The product you received is not what you ordered or has a manufacturing defect.

• The product must be a fragrance (returns are not accepted for beauty products).

• The product must be returned in the same condition as received, with all unopened seals in its original packaging. Any included samples, manuals, or Holy Oud tags must also be intact.

Please note that we only offer product replacements for international shipments, not refunds.

How to Process a Return

Returns and cancellations cannot be processed through our customer service email. For a faster response, we recommend using your account on our website or app. Due to the volume of emails, we may be unable to handle return requests promptly via email.

Refund Process

For Online Prepaid Orders:

• Cancellation before shipping: A 2.5% fee of the total order value will be deducted.

• Return after shipping: AED 10.5 will be deducted for courier charges.

• Refund timeline: Refunds to your credit card will be processed within 7-10 days.

• Cashback wallet refund: Items purchased by using a cashback wallet are not eligible for a refund.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:

• Refund method: Refunds for COD orders will be credited to your eWallet.

• Cancellation before shipping: No fees will be charged for upfront cancellations.

• Return after shipping: AED 10.5 will be deducted for courier charges.

• Refund timeline: Once the product is returned to our warehouse, refunds to your eWallet will be processed within 24 hours.
